Planning for Investment

I heard a news piece on the radio about local residents in many cases being let down by developers who fail to deliver the promises made as part of their planning permission, and the failure of the system to resolve or prevent these problems. The Housing and Planning Bill 2015-16 currently passing through Westminster will hopefully address some issues.
